My Uncle R.H. (as we called him) was a special Uncle to my sister, Jean, and me. He always took us back to our mother, Helen, after visits all of our young lives in Monticello. He was quite a jokester as well and had a great sense of humor. He was the one that told us the joke about 'Foot, foot foot and foot foot foot'. He was always kind and sensitive and was the one that encouraged us to do right. (sometimes a little firm about that) I don't ever remember him spanking us but he could make us believe we had to do right! He will be greatly missed and I will really miss the 'twinkle' in his eye. Thank you, Uncle RH for making our lives so much richer for having you in our lives!
